About the role
Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Childcare Educator to join the passionate team at Kids World Gilston, a Privately owned Bush Kindy Long Day Care Centre. Are you passionate about early childhood education and outdoor learning? Do you love working with children in a natural, nurturing environment? If so, we want to hear from you! This part-time or full-time role is suited for someone who holds their Certificate III or Diploma in Childrens Services and will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our early learning centre.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to all children.

Creating and implementing engaging educational programs that support children's learning and development through indoor/outdoor activities and play-based learning.

Enthusiastic about connecting with nature and actively participating in our Bush Kindy Program.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all children and families.

Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators to implement the curriculum.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and the local community.

Maintain a safe and engaging environment, including ensuring safety protocols are followed whilst adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Observing and documenting children's progress to inform future planning.

Actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

What we're looking for

Someone who holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Childrens Services

Part-time or full-time Role (30-38hrs per week)

Experience working in an educational setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Creativity and a passion for engaging and nurturing young minds

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Commitment to providing high-quality care and education

Knowledge of relevant childcare regulations and best practices
