About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to drive the next evolution of our Food & Beverage offering at Visy Dior. You will lead daily operations, build a high-performing team, and champion a culture of service excellence across our dining, bar, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring consistently high-quality service and presentation.

Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and quality.

Uphold strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance service, profitability, and the overall guest experience.

Collaborate closely with the Events team to create seamless, memorable wedding and event experiences.

About You:

Proven experience in food and beverage management, ideally in a premium hotel, events, or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow your team.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
