About the role

This is a part-time role for an all-rounder barista at Little Sister cafe in Keilor East VIC 3033. As an all-rounder barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and specialty drinks to customers

Providing friendly and attentive customer service

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Assisting with general food and beverage service as needed

Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

Participating in team meetings and training sessions

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and techniques

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards

Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
