Labour Administrator / Coordinator (12-Month Maternity Coverage)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage workforce coordination, administrative tasks, and compliance processes. In this role, you’ll process timesheets, maintain rosters, support onboarding, manage training and site access, and assist with HR tasks. This position is vital to ensuring smooth operations and supporting our team in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process claim sheets and approve timesheets for payroll.
- First point of contact for labour requests and employees
- Maintain and distribute workforce rosters.
- Manage ad hoc labour requests and quotations.
- Provide assistance to the human resources team.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with client and company policies.
- Support onboarding processes, issue PPE, and track compliance.
- Handle data entry for purchase orders, timesheets, accommodation bookings, and vehicle compliance servicing.
- Maintain employee training records and documentation.
- Coordinate training bookings, medicals, inductions, and site access.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills with a minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- HR experience is advantageous.
- Ability to juggle tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
