Westfill is currently on the hunt for a Mobilisation Co Ordinator to join our dynamic team based in our modern Bibra Lake office as part of the administration team.

About the role:

Ideally looking for someone with prior mining and construction experience, either underground or surface level as as site administrator or Mobilisation Co Ordinator . If you’re interested in joining the team and have a solid understanding of Mobilisation processes, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties of the role may include:

Booking Medicals and LAB DAS appointments for candidates

Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure all candidates are onboarded in a timely fashion.

Assisting management with ad hoc tasks

Assisting with co ordinating flights and accommodation

Managing end to end Mobilisation or candidates following a process to ensure all candidates are compliant.

Based at our Bibra Lake head office, this exciting full-time opportunity offers a Monday to Friday working 9-5 with a salary based of $80,000-90,000 per annum

About you:

Experience working with mining clients is a must and underground mining is advantageous.

Ability to communicate with all departments and confidence working closely with the recruitment team.

Computer literate.

Confidence speaking with external clients and stakeholders to book in medical appointments for personnel
