About the role

In this role, you'll be working in a young, fun & energetic team reporting directly to the Director. This is a part-time role (full time can be considered) located in Epping, VIC 3076 for a Social Media Manager and Content Creator.

What you'll be doing

As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will:

Plan, create, and post engaging and high quaily content daily across all social media platforms.

Create compelling content including photos, videos, reels and graphics using software like Canva, Adobe that align with our brand identity

Be a frequent face in videos and reels, representing the brand and engaging with the community (preferred but not essential).

Work with inhouse videographer to create videos, reels to drive engagement through story-telling, and showcase Top Athlete's products and brand.

Collaborate with athletes and influencers to produce engaging content for campaigns and partnerships.

Engage with the community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering customer relationships.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, ensuring our content is fresh and innovative.

Analyse data using Meta/Google Analytics to refine strategies and report on campaign performance.

Write SEO-optimized blogs for our website to enhance organic traffic and support brand authority.

Run & manage email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo to drive customer engagement and retention (preferred but not essential).

Manage and run paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Google and Amazon efficiently to achieve KPIs (preferred but not essential).

What we're looking for

Proven experience in social media management and content creation. preferably within the fashion, sports, or retail industries.

Familiarity with Shopify and SEO best practices.

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages.

Excellent content creation skills, with a strong eye for visuals and the ability to craft engaging copy.

Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics, and reporting.

Demonstrated success in building and executing effective social media strategies that drive engagement and business results.

Familiarity with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with the wider marketing team.

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of SEO is preferred, however not essential.

Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo (preferred but not essential).
