We’re a boutique garden nursery and homewares store with a focus on beautiful, well-crafted products for the home and garden. From elegant pots and plants to curated homewares, we aim to bring a sense of calm, style and nature into everyday spaces.

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, detail-oriented Retail & Digital Assistant to help us deliver a warm in-store experience and keep our online presence fresh and engaging.

What You’ll Do

In-Store Retail:

Welcome and assist customers with product/plant advice and styling suggestions

Maintain clean, styled displays across plants, pots and homewares

Process sales and support with general shop duties

Online Store Management:

Upload and update products, descriptions and photos on our website

Manage online orders: pick, pack and ship with care

Monitor stock levels across both in-store and online platforms

Social Media & Content:

Assist in creating and posting content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Share product features, styling inspiration and store updates

Assist with seasonal promotions, email newsletters and online campaigns

Take product and lifestyle shots that reflect our brand’s natural and calming aesthetic

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience in retail (bonus if in homewares, interiors, or similar)

Has a good eye for styling and merchandising and enjoys creating beautiful, balanced displays

Is comfortable using social media and digital tools

Is organised and enjoys multitasking across physical and digital tasks

Brings a friendly, down-to-earth approach to customer service

A great knowledge of indoor plants is advantageous
