We're on the hunt for a retail staff with buzz for The Bento Buzz's Gold Coast store. Please include a cover letter about yourself and your retail experience with your application.

In the hive you'll be:

Buzzing with high energy, enthusiasm and have a can-do and will-do attitude

Sharing a love for kitchen organisation, lunch & hydration products with customers

Prioritise exceptional customer service. Ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. No KPIs!

Upholding store presentation and ensuring all visual merchandising standards are met

Cash handling and processing POS transactions, preorders, refunds and sales

Who we're looking for:

Min 3 years of hands-on retail experience a must

People people. Love helping and guiding customers

Exceptional communication, organisational and multitasking skills

A love of social media and retail trends

Ability to work autonomously

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Must be available to work a 7 day roster including weekends, and have full December and January availability, to meet the demands of the store during peak 'back to school' season

Possibility to move to a part-time or full-time role in the future
