Join Elmari Boutique – A Sunshine Coast Icon in Fashion

With three beautiful stores across the Sunshine Coast, we specialise in ladies’ fashion including casual, resort, event, and cruise wear.

We pride ourselves on creating warm, authentic connections with our loyal customers and offering a carefully selected range of brands – including our exclusive in-house label – to suit every occasion and every woman.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated and style-savvy Retail Sales Assistant to join our Mooloolaba team on a casual basis (2–4 days per week), including 1–2 weekend days per fortnight. Flexible working hours are available to suit the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised styling advice

Build lasting relationships with our valued customers

Work independently and confidently manage the store solo when needed

Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Support day-to-day tasks during quiet periods (stock replenishment, tidying, inventory management)

Confidently style and match outfits and accessories for a range of occasions

Use standard computer and point-of-sale systems

Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine love for fashion and helping customers look and feel their best

Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion preferred, but not essential)

A self-motivated, proactive team player who enjoys working autonomously

A confident multi-tasker who thrives in a boutique environment

Strong styling ability and confidence recommending outfits and accessories

Availability to work weekdays and weekends as required
