Connected Roof Safety (CRS) is growing, and we're looking for an Operations Administrator to join our industry-leading team!

We design, install, and inspect roof access and fall protection systems for some of Australia’s most respected builders, councils, and facility managers.

This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and ready to get stuck into a busy, rewarding role supporting our operations and project teams.

About the role:

You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, supporting our technicians, project manager, and operations manager with day-to-day admin and coordination tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining staff inductions and onboarding processes

Checking and managing timesheets

Acting as a Personal Assistant to the Operations Manager and Project Manager

Providing rostering support

Assisting with stock ordering

Completing SWMS for onsite technicians

Keeping staff licenses and accreditations up to date

Communication and coordination with our site technicians

Ad-hoc admin tasks to support the wider team

About you:

We’re after someone who is:

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Confident communicating with both office staff and field technicians

Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Experienced in administration (bonus points if it’s in a construction, trades, or services environment)

Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer use

Experience with SimPRO, Aroflo or a similar system would be a huge advantage!
