What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the launch of a market-first product
• Own brand management across all touchpoints, driving consistency and clarity
• Lead end-to-end event marketing, from strategy and execution to reporting
• Manage daily approvals to ensure all assets meet compliance standards
• Write clear, compelling messaging that speaks to brand and sales needs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and agencies to deliver aligned campaigns
• Guide and grow a small team with confidence and care

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Background in regulated industries (insurance, finance, etc.)
• Strong understanding of brand governance and copywriting
• Flexibility and a steady mindset when plans pivot or timelines shift
• A dependable leader who balances structure with empathy
