About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Yellow Billy Restaurant in Pokolbin, NSW. As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing some aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success of our establishment.

What you'll be doing
Assist with the management of day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, restaurant bookings, function bookings and financial management
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Lead, motivate, and train a team of dedicated hospitality professionals
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen & bar team to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings
Oversee and have creative control and input in our beverage list
Configuring back of house set up for POS
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in management or leadership/supervisor role within the hospitality industry
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Wine knowledge is a plus
