Our modern, inviting space is designed to provide both our clients and team members with a warm and positive environment. We are dedicated to delivering an "Ultimate" experience for our clients—this is where you come in!

🕘 Position Details

Start Date: mid May / early June 2025

Days: 2 days per week – job share role

Hours: 8.30am - 9:00am start, finishing between 5:00pm – 6:00pm

👣 Your Role
As our Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring a seamless client experience by:

Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism

Managing bookings and processing transactions

Assisting with podiatric tasks, such as instrument sterilisation and room preparation

Supporting the team with administrative duties to keep the clinic running smoothly

✨ What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be:

Proactive, friendly, and professional with a can-do attitude

An excellent multitasker with strong attention to detail

Experienced in a similar receptionist or administrative role

Tech-savvy, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

A great communicator who loves working with people

⭐ Bonus Points For

Previous experience in a medical or allied health clinic

Familiarity with practice management software such as PracSuite

💰 Remuneration
Salary will be based on experience under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020.
