Greenhouse Paediatrics is searching for an enthusiastic new Receptionist to join our team in Karrinyup. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills will contribute to helping children with developmental delays and disabilities.

You will be working with a team of receptionists, who assist our patients as they attend for Speech and Occupational Therapy, Psychology and Paediatrician appointments.

At Greenhouse we have a diverse range of children, families, and communities which we support.

Reception staff work together to manage appointment requests and wait lists, process appointments, take payments and to assist in the day to day requirements of our newly appointed office.

We are located within the Karrinyup shopping precinct, with ample parking.

Successful applicants will be experienced in Medical or allied Health Practice administration, have basic IT skills will be personable, with great time management ability. We offer flexible hours and excellent workplace culture to ensure a happy and efficient workplace.
