The Foot & Ankle Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Receptionist o join our busy team on a part-time basis. Flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave is essential.

The Role

As our Senior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact and a key representative of our clinic, delivering exceptional front-desk service while supporting the smooth and professional operation of our team and providing a warm, welcoming experience for every client.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to all patients, ensuring every visit is positive and memorable.

Manage bookings, cancellations, and follow-ups to maintain a seamless clinic flow.

Provide expert advice and assist customers in selecting footwear that best meets their needs.

Ensure all podiatry instruments meet hygiene standards and are sterilised and ready for use.

Support podiatrists during consultations and procedures to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.

Handle patient records, billing, payments, and other essential administrative tasks.

Any additional duties such as invoicing and/or reporting as directed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced senior-level administrator or receptionist who can deliver high-level support with professionalism and reliability. Flexibility to cover shifts when needed is essential. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum 2 years experience in administrative roles with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Previous experience specifically in allied health administration or medical reception is highly advantageous.

Prior experience in footwear fitting and retail sales is highly desirable.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a harmonious team environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with excellent prioritisation and organisational abilities.

A friendly and approachable disposition, with a commitment to creating exceptional patient experiences.

Sound technical aptitude in using booking and scheduling software and basic computer systems.

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
