Pegasus Healthcare is a specialist medical equipment supplier and NDIS provider committed to providing high quality products and services to hospitals, aged care facilities and the community.
We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join the company in a casual position 2 days a week. Working within a tight-knit group, the successful candidate must have excellent telephone and communication skills, be self-motivated and reliable and work well within a team.
Part time students should feel free to apply.
Mondays and Tuesdays 8:30am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing incoming calls
• Monitoring and dispatching client orders
• Assisting with daily operations
• Generating quotations
• Liaising with logistics staff
• Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
• Supporting administrative tasks as needed, such as client follow up and data entry.
To be considered you will need:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work well in a team environment
• Be punctual and reliable
