We’re growing – and we’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager/Senior Installer to lead installation projects, mentor team members, and ensure our clients receive best-in-class service and results.

What You’ll Do
As a key player in our operations team, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from start to finish:

Manage the full installation lifecycle – from check measures and scheduling to job preparation and client handover

Lead and support a small team of installers to deliver high-quality finishes

Maintain an organised, safe, and clean worksite in line with Soltex standards

Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication and top-tier customer service throughout the process

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a motivated professional who combines trade skills with natural leadership and a passion for problem-solving.

Required:

Valid manual driver’s license

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy materials

Great communication skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Highly Desirable:

Previous experience in trade, construction, installation, or similar hands-on roles

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Background in warehousing, logistics, or project coordination

Team leadership or mentoring experience
