Site Managers x2 – $185K–$195K Package | Premium Apartment Projects

I’m representing a leading Melbourne builder with two landmark projects kicking off and we’re after two experienced Site Managers to take charge.

These are high-spec, high-value builds, and both roles are pivotal.

The Projects
One is a $29M luxury apartment development in Glen Waverley – 69 apartments with basement, gym, sauna, and rooftop terrace.

The other is a $50.5M mixed-use build in regional Victoria — 91 serviced apartments, gym, function centre, office, restaurant (cold shell), and a mezzanine carpark over multiple levels.

You’ll be across the delivery from start to finish. Solid systems, good support from head office, and clean structures to run your site how it should be run.

What You Need

Proven experience managing apartment or commercial builds over $25M

Ability to coordinate trades, run tight programs, and keep standards high

Confident leading a team and problem-solving on the fly

Ready to hit the ground running – both sites are mobilising
