We're looking for an experienced Senior Network & Communications Engineer to join a highly skilled internal IT team supporting a complex enterprise environment across multiple WA sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior-level role where you'll lead technical delivery, provide high-level support, and drive the evolution of network infrastructure across a large-scale business.

You'll work across a broad mix of enterprise technologies, with a focus on Cisco networking, including SD-WAN, DNAC, ISE, and firewall solutions. The role is both operational and project-focused-ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, improving systems, and collaborating with cyber security and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performing solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing Level 3 support across enterprise network and communication systems
• Designing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco networking technologies, including SD-WAN, DNAC, ISE, wireless, and firewalls
• Leading and contributing to key network infrastructure projects and upgrades
• Collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and cyber teams to enhance network performance, security, and scalability
• Participating in planning, testing, and implementation of new technologies and improvements
• Creating and maintaining documentation, diagrams, and technical procedures

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience in enterprise networking, ideally across multi-site environments
• Proven hands-on expertise in Cisco technologies including SD-WAN, DNAC, ISE, and firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across routing, switching, wireless, and security
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative cross-functional team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCNP Security, or similar) highly regarded
