Superior Casings (Aust) P/L is Australia's premier provider of Natural Sausage Casings and Total Butcher Supplies provides dry goods and other essential products to Butchers and Smallgoods Manufacturers. What sets us apart is that we take pride in our customer service and our products.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive person to join our NSW sales team servicing Butchers and Smallgoods Manufacturers who is preferably based in the mid North Coast of NSW area. The region covers the Central Coast to Coffs Harbour and inland to Armidale and Tamworth.
Must have had 2 or more years sales experience, preferably in the Butcher or Smallgoods Manufacturing Industry with practical knowledge of Natural Sausage Casings an advantage. This position is ideally suited to an 'ex' Butcher who wants to control their earning potential and who enjoys a challenge and variety.
Comprehensive training on all products will be provided as required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of their customer portfolio. They will be required to implement our sales strategies, identify and maximise sales opportunities, grow and nurture genuine relationships with our customers, offer customers advice and solutions and control their customer’s debts. They are expected to participate in fortnightly meetings held online and at our head office located in Marrickville, meet performance goals and contribute to new sales concepts.
The areas serviced will require overnight travel on a fortnightly cycle of one week away, one week based at home.

• A good command of English and excellent communication skills
• Needs a ‘can do’ attitude and a dynamic approach
• Is customer focused and can build rapport with their Customers
• Is motivated, confident and uses their initiative
• Loves a challenge, is results driven and takes pride in their work
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
• Intermediate computer skills to enter sales orders, send and receive emails and other basic technical tasks
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Has a current drivers license with a good record (5 years of driver history required)
