What are we looking for?

A strong desire to achieve - enjoying work and maintaining high-performance.

A positive attitude with a growth mindset - adapting, pivoting and problem-solving is no issue for you.

Previous experience in a telesales or phone-based sales role is helpful but not required.

Understanding the value of working in a team while being dynamic enough to work autonomously.

Willingness to learn and ‘re-learn’ - investing time and effort into your own growth and development.

A great sense of humour.
