The Role
Join a vibrant and dynamic Sydney CBD office in a hybrid working environment as a Sales Consultant/Learning Advisor. As a Learning Advisor at Cluey, you’ll be responsible for connecting with parents, understanding their child’s needs, and supporting them to enrol in a tailored tutoring solution. This is an outbound B2C phone-based sales role with warm, qualified leads – no cold calling required!

• High volume outbound & inbound sales calls with parents seeking tutoring support for their child
• Ask discovery questions to understand parents/student needs and walk parents through the enrolment process.
• Handle calls confidently and close sales.
• Manage and organise leads within Salesforce to maximize conversions.

About you

• Must have unlimited work rights in Australia.
• Previous experience in outbound/inbound telephone sales.
• Strong communication, resilience, and time management skills.
• A proven track record of achieving KPIs and closing sales.
