We are currently looking for x2 highly motivated Outbound Call Sales Assistants to join our busy Sales team, at the largest concrete sleeper manufacturing company in Southeast Queensland located in commercial hub in Narangba North Side of Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a diverse and challenging scope of work with an excellent company culture! About this position:

• Develop a strong understanding of our products names, colours and sizing and how to build a concrete sleeper retaining wall

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs by developing a strong sales pipeline

• Meeting daily Outbound phone calls of up to 100 calls a day to new prospective and existing clientele,

• While this is a target to reach if you can get 10 x quality calls per day ,the exercise is to find out more information about their next project and build rapport with the client

• Taking in bound phone calls and assisting with queries

• Taking EFTPOS payments over the phone and counting cash

• Working autonomously and manage leads/transport bookings via an excel spreadsheet and MS Outlook

• Juggling multiple tasks and effectively prioritise workload

• Working in a team environment with scenarios to win a quote or sale

• Following up quotes and leads to convert to a sale by email, text, posting brochure and phone

• Working on Excel Client CRM spreadsheet to add more customers via internet, Instagram and Facebook

• Following up payments with clients for orders

• Liaising with transport companies for freight costs

• Troubleshooting issues that may arise for orders you have placed

• Learning and educating customers on our products and why we are different from our competitors

• Provide above and beyond customer service to Customers and Suppliers

• Meet and greet Customer walk-ins

• Opening and closing procedures

• Daily report of sales, quotes and leads via email to Sales Manager

About you:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative and outside-of-the-box sales thinking.

• Provide a high level of customer service.

• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Outlook emails.

• Bubbly and friendly approachable personality.

• Strong record of attendance and punctuality.

• Previously experience working in an office/administration environment.

• Have a proven reliable work history.

• Must have Drivers License and Reliable Transport.

• Working and communicating with Trades

• Highly organised with prioritizing workload

• Have your own relaxed style of selling, focusing on building relationships rather than 'hard selling'

• Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Word
