As the F&B Supervisor for Banqueting at Shangri-La Sydney, you’ll be at the heart of our world-class hospitality. You’ll oversee the daily operations of the events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our guests feel pleased to have chosen our hotel for their event. From creating a welcoming atmosphere to maintaining top-notch service standards, you'll be the driving force behind an unforgettable experience.
About the Role:
Supervise the daily operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and motivate our talented team, setting the standard for outstanding service.
Maximize profitability by maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the highest service standards.
Collaborate with the management team to create exciting experiences for our guests.
Keep the energy high and the service experience elevated, all while maintaining attention to detail.
About You:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage (hotel experience is a plus!).
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire your team.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while showing genuine care for the team and our guests
A love for all things food, drink, and hospitality.
