The role

As part of our Food and Beverage Team you’ll be essential in ensuring our guest have an excellent experience. We’re looking for Supervisor who is proactive, has a can-do attitude and a 5-star approach to customer experience. When you join the journey at RACV, you’ll find more than just a job. A day in the life

As our Food and Beverage Supervisor you’ll play a key role within our operations team. We’re looking for someone who can assist our management team to coordinate service in our restaurants. Ensuring all OH&S policies and procedures are being adhered to, resolving customer complaints and guarantee the quality of work meets required standards.

You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands, shifts will vary across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We’re looking for…

Someone who will live and breathe the RACV IACT values; Innovation, accountability, care and one team. In addition to:

Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within a 4-5* hotel environment is ideal

Ability to work across a range of events in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lead by example and inspire a large team to provide exemplary customer service through your excellent communication skills

A passion for hospitality and a professional can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate member needs

Must have availability and flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends, evenings, peak holiday periods and public holidays
