Pest Control Administrator and Service Scheduler

This Administration Role is for our Pestpro division due to current growth within the company.
Knowledge of the Pest Control industry is desirable but not necessary.
The key duties of this role include but are not limited to:
Scheduling for Pest service technicians utilising Nexus service software.
End to end customer service, Liaising with clients & trades personnel via phone & email.
Allocation of Technicians and Resources to dynamically maintain operational continuity.
Provide accurate and timely updates to customers, aligning with effective resource management.
Engage with clients and build strong, long-term working relationships.
Preparation of reporting documentation and updating and maintaining internal databases.
Providing administrative support to our Management team and Sales team.
Assisting with day-to-day billing with accounts payable & receivable.
To be considered for this role you will have:
Clear communication skills - both verbal and written.
A confident, personable and friendly phone manner.
Minimum of 2 years in an administration role and customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Email.
Enthusiasm when faced with new challenges.
A professional appearance and manner.
Attention to Detail with strong organisational skills.
A positive "no fuss and can do" attitude in fast paced environments.
Ability to work both individually and within a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
The ability to work with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail.
Permanent rights to work in WA.
A good understanding of Perth suburbs and surrounding locations.
