Luxury RVS WA have built a strong, local family owned business with over 20 Employees. We are a Luxury brand Caravan Dealership and Repair Centre, operating out of our "State of the Art" Dealership & Workshop facilities in Rockingham.

An exciting position exists at Luxury RV's as a Customer Service Officer (CSO). In this position you to be expected to maintain a professional 'first point of contact' role by providing excellent customer service to all clients.

If you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have a proactive Can-Do attitude and are able to work autonomously with an eye for detail this rare vacancy may be the perfect role for you.

The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:

A strong Customer Service focus, with the ability to maintain a good relationship with Customers;

Good Time Management skills

Ability to work effectively within a Team Environment

Accurate and Efficient processing of all paperwork;

Able to multi task;

Must have a high standard of work, strong level of attention to detail & takes pride in their work

Be willing to learn, as 'on the job' training will be provided;
