Luxury RV's is a Caravan Dealership and Repair Centre operating out of our facility in Rockingham, we have built a strong local business with over 30 employees throughout all Departments and we are passionate about creating a customer focused experience.
An exciting position exists at Luxury RV's for a motivated & enthusiastic person to join the team in the position of Service Administrator, within this role you will provide admin support for our rapidly expanding Service Department.
Role Summary
This position is ideal for someone who considers themselves to be a team player as your positive and self-motivated attitude will contribute to the success of the team. As an integral part of the Service Team, you will be liaising with internal and external parties and have contagious customer service focus. Working efficiently and effectively to deliver Luxury RV's promise of “Total Customer Satisfaction”
Brief Job Role (incudes but not limited to)
Processing & following up repair quotes
General administration duties throughout the Dealership
Customer support, handling and directing inbound calls & emails
Assisting customers with service / warranty enquiries
Scheduling repair work & confirming weekly bookings
Accurate recording & allocating of incoming warranty parts
Updating & liaising customers when warranty parts arrive
Lodging & following up warranty claims with manufacturers
Liaising with staff & customers about pick ups & drop offs
Invoicing service jobs & recording payments
Reviewing timesheets and workshop clock ins
Future on the job training for advisory work
Occasional checking in / out of vans
Assisting with annual stock take
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or warranty support is preferred
Analytical initiative to identify every opportunity for continuous improvement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy
Knowledge or passion of the caravan industry / caravanning is a bonus!
Above all else your personality, charismatic character and willingness to learn & improve will be what sets you a part from the rest!
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday in Rockingham, WA.
