Position: Foreman / Site Supervisor

As a Project Foreman, you will be instrumental in overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing schedules, and maintaining effective communication across all levels.

- Program implementation and execution

- Onsite Management and supervision

- Workforce Coordination

- Quality Control

- Safety Management

- Problem Solving

- Site Organisation

- Material Management

- Interpretation of Drawings and Specifications

- Daily logs and reporting

Experience / Skills / Attributes:

- Comprehensive knowledge of construction

- Understanding building codes and regulations

- Proven track record as a Project Foreman

- Attention to detail

- Can work autonomously
