Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for information management systems.

Create, modify, and maintain SSRS reports to meet business needs.

Update and manage data in SQL databases, ensuring accuracy and performance.

Configure software and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
