Due to recent project wins and growth across multiple clients, we require multiple Civil Supervisors / Structures Supervisors. Our priority is alligning the right candidate to the right client.

Join a team to carry out the supervision on our TMR and local council road rehab and bridge upgrade projects. Current project locations are within an easy commute from Brisbane, Ipswich, or Toowoomba. Some travel required.

These projects will run for approx 12 months and they have a strong project pipeline ahead of them, work / life balance rosters, above award salaries with vehicle, fuel card, site uplifts, and accommodation all provided if required.

We're after people who are professional, hands-on, and come with exceptional planning and leadership skills.

Work in a supportive team with a direct line of contact to the Directors, a new fleet of vehicles, and we can offer all-inclusive salary packages.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 5-10 years’ experience as a Roads or Structures Supervisor or Leading Hand, particularly on TMR / roads / bridge / drainage projects
• Experience in supporting Project Managers and Engineers in the successful delivery of projects
• Ability to read drawings
• Knowledge of quality, environmental and work health and safety management systems
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable Computer literacy commensurate with acceptable industry standards
• Any Industry qualifications will be an advantage & highly regarded
• Must be prepared to travel if required
