Opportunity to join the most exciting development in Perth, working on over a billion dollars worth of work and a project pipeline of over eight years worth of work already confirmed.

They have a number of projects coming up in central locations and they require Supervisors with head contractor experience to assist getting these projects out of the ground. Projects include high rise residential complex, community facilities, sporting facilities.

The Successful candidate will be working with some of the most experienced professionals in the Tier 1 space.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Conducting site inductions for staff and sub-contractors
• Managing the subcontractors to ensure they are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities
• Monitor subcontractor performance daily in regards to safety, quality and programme and report deficiencies to the Site Manager
• Assisting the Site Manager in the commissioning and handover of the project by ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and provided to the Project Manager
• Managing cost control for certain aspects of the project, as directed by the Site Manager, in order to ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to budget

Desired experience:

• Relevant Trade background
• Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential on Commercial builds larger than $100m
• Experience working on commercial projects is highly desirable
• Proven experience as a Structures or Civil Foreman working on commercial projects from start to finish.
• Proven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safety
