The Role

As Guest Services Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations across our Guest Services / Reception Team, ensuring guests receive consistently high standards of service. You'll be a mentor to the team, supporting staff development while also handling customer interactions with professionalism and care. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a love for hospitality and a natural leadership style.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and support front-of-house staff during shifts

Ensure smooth, efficient and friendly service across all guest touchpoints

Resolve guest queries and complaints with confidence and empathy

Warmly greet guests upon arrival, making them feel welcomed

Being a source of information for guests on all club promotions, membership benefits, food & beverage offerings and special events

Assist in training new team members and fostering a positive work culture

Answering internal and external phone calls and confidently respond to queries related to the club

Work closely with senior management to implement service improvements

What We’re Looking For

Previous supervisory or team leader experience in hospitality (ideally clubs, hotels, or restaurants)

Strong customer service skills and a warm, approachable demeanour

Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities

Solid knowledge of responsible service of alcohol (RSA required)

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed

A team player who leads by example and inspires others to do the same
