Role Overview
As our Guest Service Specialist, you will be the driving force behind creating exceptional experiences for our discerning guests. This role transcends traditional guest services; it combines the art of hospitality with innovative strategies to enhance every aspect of the guest's journey.
You'll be the welcoming face of the hotel, supporting guests from the pre-arrival reservations stage through to post-stay assistance, committed to creating exceptional experiences for every guest. This role goes beyond traditional guest services, combining the art of hospitality with innovative strategies to elevate our guest's experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate seamless guest experiences from pre-arrival to post-stay
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
Leverage data to personalise guest interactions and anticipate needs
Innovate new service standards to exceed guest expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance hotel offerings
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in deluxe hospitality or high-end customer service
Extremely high standard of personal presentation and grooming
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to guest satisfaction
Proficient in technology with a strong ability to learn new systems (OPERA preferred)
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
Professional demeanour with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Consistently demonstrates reliability and punctuality
Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
