You’ll be the driving force behind brand strategy, growth marketing, commercial partnerships, and scalable systems for four distinct brands — all with media support, funding, and freedom to execute.

YOUR ROLE

As the Business Growth & Brand Manager, you’ll:

Build and manage marketing strategies across all five brands

Work with our internal team (media, designers, developers) to launch and scale digital and physical products

Drive B2B and B2C sales campaigns (coaching, events, merchandise, print, finance)

Pitch, negotiate and secure brand partnerships, sponsors, and collaborators

Oversee all websites, funnels, and eComm strategy (Shopify/WordPress)

Report weekly to Chris Gilmour on growth metrics, wins, and next moves

YOU’LL NEED TO BRING

Proven experience launching or scaling multiple brands or products

Full-stack marketing skills: social, email, performance ads, brand building

Sales or business development experience is a massive plus

Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, Meta/Google Ads

Clear thinking, strong execution, and the ability to work autonomously
