The Role: Business/Practice Coordinator (10-18 hours/week, Remote)
This isn't just an admin job. You'll be the operational backbone enabling Stellar Partnerships to thrive, evolving our approach from responsive to proactive and strategic.

Marketing & Content Magic (Primary)
Convert our wealth of existing content into compelling pieces across channels
Design materials, manage our content calendar, and nurture leads through our CRM
Research trends and track metrics to inform our strategic decisions
Client Experience & Operations
Support seamless client journeys and coordinate event logistics
Keep projects on track, documentation organised, and invoices flowing
Optimise scheduling to protect Linda and Sharon's energy and focus
About You
You're socially conscious with strong values around equity and community impact. You take initiative without needing your hand held and can turn big ideas into executable plans.
Your Background:
Experience in marketing, communications, or content creation
Small business support, practice management, or administration experience
Understanding of the non-profit sector's unique dynamics
Proficiency with platforms like GoHighLevel, Asana, Microsoft Office, and Canva
Your Superpowers:
Eye for design and ability to create engaging visual content
Sharp attention to detail with strong organisational habits
Self-starter who finds solutions before problems escalate
Adaptable, creative thinker who builds rapport easily
The Details
Hours: 10-18 hours per week (potential to grow)
Location: Fully remote suitable for East Coast Australians or New Zealand residents. (occasional in-person planning days in Melbourne, 3x yearly)
Remuneration: Contractor, $40-$60 per hour, depending on depth of experience.
