We’re an ambitious hospitality group launching a brand-new steakhouse concept in the Inner West – and we’re looking for a dynamic, experienced General Manager to take the reins and bring the vision to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading all aspects of daily operations and guest experience

Hiring, training, and mentoring a high-performing opening team

Managing budgets, labour, food costs, and P&L

Setting the tone for service, standards, and team culture

Collaborating with ownership on brand, strategy, and local marketing

About You:

3+ years’ experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a full-service or premium casual restaurant

Strong leadership and team development skills

Deep understanding of restaurant financials and operational KPIs

High energy, solutions-focused, and guest-obsessed

Experience opening a venue highly regarded
