🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
🧠 1. Client Strategy & Relationship Management

Serve as the main liaison between the agency and clients, building trusted partnerships.

Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and marketing objectives.

Provide strategic input to ensure campaigns align with client goals.

Identify and pitch opportunities to grow accounts and upsell digital services.

Present media plans, strategies, and results in a compelling and consultative way.

📈 2. Campaign Management & Execution

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of digital marketing campaigns (search, social, display, programmatic, etc.).

Work closely with internal teams to manage timelines, briefs, creative assets, and campaign launches.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Oversee day-to-day project updates, change requests, and feedback loops.

📊 3. Performance Reporting & Operational Oversight

Monitor campaign performance and proactively optimise based on data.

Deliver regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Manage client budgets, billing, and contract scopes.

Track project profitability and ensure smooth internal processes.

Stay up to date with digital trends and media innovations to bring fresh ideas to clients.

📌Experience Required

3–4 Years in a Client-Facing Role; Preferably in a media, digital, or agency environment.

Experience Managing Digital Campaign. Hands-on involvement with channels like paid social, paid search, display, and programmatic.

Working with Cross-Functional Teams. Collaborated with creatives, media planners, and tech specialists to deliver integrated campaigns.

Handling Client Budgets & Campaign Reporting. Experience with budget tracking, invoicing, and presenting campaign performance data.

Skills Required

Ability to engage, influence, and manage clients with professionalism and confidence.

Skilled in juggling multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables across teams.

Comfortable interpreting digital marketing data and turning it into actionable insights.

Understands how to align marketing campaigns with business goals and drive account growth.

🎓 Bonus:

Meta Blueprint, Google Display & Video 360, or The Trade Desk certifications are a plus!
