GOLDEN CIRCLE FACTORY OUTLET is a clearance grocery store providing high-quality, low-cost groceries from major retailers direct to the public, 7 days a week.
Family owned and operated from 2 Brisbane store locations at Capalaba and Morayfield, we believe our experience in the industry enables us to offer a high standard of customer service to our customers.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Admin/Accounts Assistant to provide general accounts and administrative support based at our Head Office in Capalaba for an immediate start.
This is a casual position at 20 hours per week across 4 days with a view to moving into a permanent part-time position for the right person.

About The Role / Responsibilities:
Accounts payable / receivable
Entering purchases in MYOB
Retrieving Sales data from in-store POS program
Entering Sales data into MYOB
Data input
General office and reception duties
Taking and distributing messages
Handling customer & supplier enquiries
Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail
Communicating with customers and reporting customer requests and complaints to senior management.
Maintaining filing systems
General administrative support for the Management team
Other duties as outlined by Management.
About You:
We are seeking someone with a fantastic work ethic who is highly motivated and eager to learn, grow and expand their skill set within the business.
This position is ideally suited to someone with a positive, friendly attitude who is driven and works well in a team environment within a family owned, retail business.
Skills & Experience:
Experience in accounts receivable/payable
Experience using MYOB would be highly regarded
Proven experience as an Accounts/Admin Assistant or similar role
Excellent numeracy skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Sound proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent telephone manner
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Proven ability to take direction and work independently
Excellent organisational skills
Exhibit effective time management skills.
Able to prioritise tasks to work efficiently and within timelines.
Ability to work as part of a team
Maintain confidentiality within the company
