About the Role:
As an eCommerce Channel Manager you will be responsible for driving the online growth and enhancing the overall digital experience for Weber’s customers.
The eCommerce Channel Manager oversees weber.com and online Marketplace channels, optimising performance, strategy and partnerships to drive revenue and enhance the Omnichannel consumer experience across Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include:
- eCommerce performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates) to optimise sales performance in-line with the annual budget.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure eCommerce channel alignment with Weber ANZ’s Omnichannel business strategy.
- Enhancing the digital shopping experience through UX improvements and personalisation.
- Optimising product listings, pricing and promotions to provide relevant and timely consumer information, and to maximise sales revenue.
- Ensuring brand consistency and compliance across third-party platforms e.g. retailer.com sites.
- Coach and develop direct reports to maintain a high performing culture.
- Using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Shopify, etc.) to drive data-backed decisions.
