We’re a fishing tackle and spearfishing/diving retailer with two stores plus an online Shopify store. As a lean team, we pride ourselves on being agile and forward-thinking. We’re currently looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to join us in a hands-on role that spans multiple areas of digital and ecommerce operations.

About the Role

As our Ecommerce Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our Shopify store. This is a dynamic position where you’ll work in various areas, which allows fantastic growth

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily operations and ongoing development of our Shopify ecommerce store

Manage and update website content, products, and promotions with accuracy and attention to detail

Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media and online platforms

Oversee paid advertising campaigns via Meta and Google Ads

Collaborate with remote team members, ensuring clear communication and productive outcomes

Stay ahead of ecommerce and marketing trends, technologies, and AI advancements

Identify and implement AI tools and workflows to streamline tasks and improve efficiency

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in a similar role

Experience using Shopify (essential), Klaviyo (advantageous)

Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

A good understanding of SEO

Proficiency in Excel (data entry, extraction and organisation)

Experience in content creation or graphic design

Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, digital marketing, and analytics

Hands-on experience managing social media content and paid ads (Meta & Google)

Self-motivated, adaptable, and a multi-tasker

High level of organisation and meticulous attention to detail

Availability and Hours

This is a full-time role working 40hrs per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. While the position may offer the flexibility to work from home in the future, it will initially be based on-site to ensure a smooth onboarding and collaborative start.
