About the Role

As our new Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients — someone who helps them feel relaxed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who thrives on creating smooth, stress-free experiences for patients and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and managing front desk duties

Scheduling appointments and coordinating bookings

Handling phone/email enquiries with professionalism and care

Processing payments and private health insurance claims (HICAPS)

Supporting clinical staff with day-to-day admin and operations

What You’ll Bring:

Reception or customer service experience (dental/medical is a bonus but not essential)

Great communication skills and a warm, personable approach

Strong attention to detail and time management

Confidence with computers and booking systems

A calm and professional presence, even in busy moments
