Dental Assistant Job

We are looking for a dental assistant who is energetic and hardworking to join our team. We can offer full-time or part-time work on a permanent or casual basis.

About us

We are a family-owned and operated dental practice, located in a beautifully restored heritage listed building in Taringa (Brisbane). We have 4 general dentists and 3 visiting specialists. We are growing in size and need a new dental assistant to join our team. We value teamwork, attention to detail and a sense of humour.

Qualifications & experience

At least 1 year dental assisting experience preferred

Certificate 3 in Dental Assisting is highly regarded but not necessary

Experience with Exact dental software is an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities

Carry out infection control procedures within the sterilisation bay and dental surgery

Assist dentists during dental procedures with four-handed dentistry

Carry out routine maintenance on dental equipment

Assist with front desk duties such as answering clinic phones and taking payments
