About the role

Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about patient care? We’re looking for a reliable and personable Dental Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This position is full-time, though we’re open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a warm and professional demeanour.

Updating and maintaining accurate patient records and scheduling appointments.

Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings.

Manage billing and health insurance claims.

Chair-side assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by preparing equipment, materials, and the treatment room.

Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment.

Ensuring the dental practice is clean, organised, and well-stocked.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualification in Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting.

Previous experience in a dental practice preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and the dental team.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Maintain high quality of infection control standards.

Experience with OASIS software (preferred but not essential)

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Have a friendly and positive can-do attitude.

Experience in assisting CEREC crown procedures is an advantage.

OPG License (desirable).
