Established in 2001, our client has been serving the Victorian community for over two decades and prides themselves on their exceptional customer service. They are now looking for a Customer Service rep to join the team on apart-time basis!

Role details:

• FTE $75,000 - $80,000 + super, pro rata
• 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
• Fully office based with potential to go hybrid
• Convenient Northcote location, close to public transport and street parking (both free and paid options available, depending on availability)
• Supportive and collaborative small team environment
• Engaging with customers professionally and confidently
• View to move to a Full-Time role in the future

About You:

• Experience in the finance or banking industry preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience with home loans preferred but not required
