Casual Kennel Technician's/Recpetionist

Pet Resort is seeking motivated and customer-focused Kennel Technician's / Receptionist to join our team in High Range, NSW. This is a casual role that will see you providing exceptional customer service while also assisting with the day-to-day operations of our boarding facilities.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming clients and their pets, and handling all reception duties

Assisting with the daily care and supervision of boarded pets, including feeding, cleaning, and providing enrichment

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the boarding facilities

Providing updates to clients on their pets' wellbeing and addressing any concerns

Helping with the admission and discharge of boarding pets

Ensuring all records and documentation are accurately maintained

Supporting the veterinary and management teams as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or animal care role

Knowledge of animal handling and welfare best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask

A genuine passion for the care and wellbeing of animals

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, public holidays, school holidays & Christmas/New year period
