Are you a highly organised, people-focused professional with a passion for tourism and community engagement? Destination Perth is looking for a Membership and Administration Officer to join our dedicated team two days per week. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members—supporting their journey with us, ensuring smooth communication, and helping amplify their visibility in the tourism space. You’ll also lend your skills to office coordination, website support, and assist with communications and marketing activities.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating member onboarding, renewals, and engagement

Managing and updating our CRM and email systems

Supporting members with their listings, content, and opportunities

Assisting with industry newsletters and communications

Helping manage website content and event listings

Providing administrative support to the CEO and team

Minute taking/record keeping at board meetings

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a membership or administrative support role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

Confidence using digital tools such as Mailchimp, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems

A collaborative, can-do attitude—and a genuine interest in the Perth tourism industry.

Desirable experience:

Knowledge of the Perth region and our tourism offerings

Experience with website CMS platforms, InDesign, Photoshop, or Xero

Qualifications in marketing, communications, or tourism
