We are seeking an experienced Senior Placements Coordinator/Program Manager to lead our InternMatch Programs and deliver targeted Internship Placements.

Role responsibilities:
● Deliver InternMatch Programs (end-to-end program management)
● Advertise for employment vacancies and searching for candidates to fill employment vacancies
● Liaise closely with clients to provide advice and feedback on advertised positions
● Conduct consultations and interviews to identify suitable candidates and assessing their eligibility for required positions
● Source companies and positions for candidates
● Advertise candidates' profiles and reach out to companies to create potential positions
● Match candidates with suitable positions, including sending candidates' profiles to companies
● Coordinate interviews, conduct interviews, follow-up on interview results, and confirm candidate outcomes
● Provide team supervision and training to Internship Placements Co-ordinators
● Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and policy requirements
● Coordinate employment contract negotiations and placement processes
● Manage key stakeholder relationships with company partners, education providers, and industry bodies
● Manage recruitment operations for both B2B and B2C channels
● Support onboarding and account management of Education Provider partners
● Deliver improved commercial outcomes in recruitment sales
Qualifications & experience:
● Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or Business
● 3+ years’ experience in recruitment consulting and program management
● Stakeholder management experience at a senior level with multiple stakeholders
● Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen and professional ethics
● Excellent oral and written communications skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
● Energetic and resilient with a solution-focused, can-do attitude
● Leading and managing high performing delivery-focused teams
● Sound decision making and judgement and the ability to deal comfortably with ambiguity and complexity
