About the Role

We are seeking an all-round maintenance person, with gardening and / or building maintenance experience preferred, to fill this newly created, full-time role. The Grounds Person, along with the Facilities Team, is responsible for performing maintenance activities of existing buildings and grounds. The position would suit a tradesperson or skilled handy person / all-rounder, to assist with all facets of grounds management to present the College resources and facilities in exemplary condition and to support quality education.

Skills & Qualifications:

· The ability to model Christian ethics and activity

· Relevant qualifications and / or experience

· Display initiative, common sense and the ability to problem solve

· Experience working in an educational environment will be an advantage

· Trade qualification desirable, but not essential

· Demonstrated knowledge of computer skills, including basic Windows, Microsoft Office, internet and email
