Ryde Automotive Group is currently looking for a customer service focused individual to join our Customer Experience Call Centre Team. Monday to Friday position - No Weekends!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere as the first point of contact at the service Centre.

Manage customer inquiries, appointments, and bookings via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records, including service history and any special requirements.

Handle customer requests and ensure their needs are met, providing excellent service and communication throughout the service process.

Provide administrative support to the service department, including filing, data entry, and handling service-related paperwork.

Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Previous experience in a reception or booking clerk role is highly desirable but not essential.
